A guide to help you pray
Find a place of quietness. allow the hurry and worry of your life to fall away from you., You are God's Child. He loves you and cares for you. He is here with you now and always has been, although awareness of his presence may have been absent before, be aware of him now. Speak to him slowly, simply and thoughtfully ask him to bring things to mind that you might share them with him.
Lord I pray
O heavenly Father, your will for me and all people is eternal joy. I thank you for the blessings you have given me and ask for strength to walk in the way you lead me. Help me always to remember the love of Jesus shown on the cross and accept the freedom and forgiveness which he offers me.
Amen
